Frequently Asked Questions

 

When will my order ship?

  • Please refer to each individual items product description to determine our current shipping time frames.
  • DUE TO COVID-19 YOU MIGHT EXPERIENCE SOME DELAYS IN YOUR ORDER BEING PROCESSED AND DELIVERED. Please be patient with us while we get out orders as quickly as possible despite shipping courier staff shortages.

       

      I haven't received my order. What should I do?

      • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
      • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

         

        I'm ordering internationally. Will duties, taxes, and/or customs fees be included in the shipping cost?

        • No. We cannot cover any of these charges at this time. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import charges before ordering.

         

        Do you accept returns or exchanges?

        • We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, e.i. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for any other reasons.
        • Due to high demand and limited stock, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time.

           

          Will you be restocking sold out items?

          • If you are looking for an item that is sold out, chances are it won't be restocked. Almost all items are EXCLUSIVE LIMITED QUANTITY styles. You can always contact us to see if we will be restocking any specific items. 

           

          I placed 2 or more separate orders. Will I receive them separately?

          • We do combine orders and ship items all together when possible to reduce our shipping carbon footprint. Items that are on pre-order will not be combined with your ready-to-ship orders.
          • If the order is two big to fit in one shipment, we will split it into multiple shipments.
          • Custom packaging is per shipping address and is while supplies lasts.
