Dimensions
❤ Planner measures 8.625" by 6.625" and is .875" thick.
❤ Sticker Book measures 8.375" by 6.5" and is .125" thick.
❤ Color Pencil Box measures 8.125" by 2.5" and is .25" thick.
Processing & Shipping
❤ This is a PRE-ORDER item. Orders will start shipping out or be ready for local pickup mid- to late November.
❤ Shipping time will take an additional 3-7 business days from the ship date for U.S. orders.
❤ Please remember that we are a small team doing our best to get your items out to you as quickly as possible.
❤ Please do not email us about the status of your order if it's still within the processing and shipping time window. We will contact you if any delays are experienced with your order.
❤ Pre-order items will ship as ready, and separately from ready-to-ship items.
Returns & Exchanges
All sale items, digital products, and Mystery Boxes are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items, except in cases of fulfillment errors or defects.
Exchanges
We accept domestic size exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size, subject to availability.
- Panties and swimwear bottoms are not eligible for exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
International exchanges are not accepted.
Returns & Refunds
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind, sizing preferences, or other personal reasons.
Incorrect or Defective Items:
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable. Voight will cover any required return shipping for issues of our fault.
Route Package Protection
- If you purchased Route Package Protection, your order may be covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Please review Route's coverage policy or file a claim here. Route coverage does not extend to standard returns or exchanges.
International returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable law. Please contact us if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
Order Cancellations
- Due to the limited availability of our products, all orders are final once placed, including pre-orders. We are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes of mind.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order within the promised timeframe, applicable cancellation and refund rights will apply.
