♥ Bra size will be used to determine lingerie bra top sizes.
♥ Top/Dress size will be used to determine apparel top sizes, swim top sizes, and dress sizes.
♥ Bottom size will be used to determine all bottom sizes including garters, panties, swim bottoms, etc.
♥ Processing time is 3-10 business days.
♥ Shipping time will take an additional 3-7 business days for U.S. orders.
♥ Please be patient while we make our best effort to get your items out to you as quickly as possible considering the shipping industry's unprecedented circumstances happening worldwide.
♥ Please do not email us about the status of your order if it's still within the processing and shipping time window. We will reach out to you if your order is experiencing any further delays.
♥ We do combine orders with the same address to save on packaging and reduce our shipping carbon footprint.
We accept exchanges only under these conditions:
❤ You must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
❤ We do NOT accept exchanges on panties or swimwear bottoms.
❤ We will only accept an exchange for the same style in a different size, unless it's sold out.
❤ We do not cover exchange shipping fees.
❤ All items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
We cannot accept exchanges on international orders.
